Global health and humanitarian aid is an area that is typically left unaddressed in traditional occupational therapy education programs.

Over time, through our own experiences, here at Global Health OT, we have found and collected a wide variety of resources that can expand on the skills that an OT already has, to prepare them to be involved in Global Health.

🌏Sphere Initially developed by NGOs, along with the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, with the aim to improve the quality of humanitarian work during disaster response. United States Institute for Peace

The United States Institute of Peace is a national, nonpartisan, independent institute, founded by Congress and dedicated to the proposition that a world without violent conflict is possible, practical and essential for U.S. and global security.
